Covers are quarter leather light blue paper covered cardboard printed with the table of contents and the above title with the addition of "... Exhibiting, in connection with the outlines of countries, the prevailing religions, forms of government, and degrees of civilization; The comparative size of towns, rivers and mountains, and the climates and productions of the Earth ..." Date assumed from inclusion of map of "Michigan" not "Michigan Terr."
