Note: Maps by G. Boynton. These maps also appear in Goodrich's Universal School Atlas of 1832, The First and Second Books of History, and The Child's Own Book of American Geography. It shows how inventive Goodrich was in using these wonderful tiny maps in many different formats. Here the maps are used in an Atlas for "Families and Young Persons." Maps in full color and bound in marble papered, half leather covers with no title on cover. Spine label reads, "Economical Atlas."
