This is one of the first editions to have the map - the editions of 1832, 1834 and 1835 did not include the map. The map is similar in coverage to the Strong and Mitchell maps of the same date, but a bit more current in its showing of new counties in Indiana and Illinois. Outline color by county, folded into the guide book before the title page. The book has 108 pages, printed paper covered boards and leather spine.
