Cram, No. 66 Lake Street, Chicago." printed in black. Owner's signature of J.B. Werner, shown by his initials "JBW" of Livingston Kansas (see Cram Minnesota map for his signature when he lived in Norwood, Minnesota). The first edition is listed by Karrow as appearing in Cram's 1875 New Commercial Atlas of the U.S. with the first appearance in pocket form in 1876.
