First edition of the lunar atlas with drawings of 25 areas of the Moon on 20 lithographed plates in the printed beige paper cover case, by Fauth the lunar cartographer who relied principally on visual observations. His Lunar topographical formations were superb, both in their representation and accuracy, and he quickly became well respected in astronomical circles.
