Interesting Township and Range maps. Views are printed by a different process then the earlier atlases and there is no color, only on the state and county maps. The mountain sections are very good, showing some areas that are still unsurveyed in 1891. The California is printed in full color. Bound in half leather with "Atlas of Fresno County California with illustrations. Thos H. Thompson. 1891." stamped in gold on the front cover and blind stamped on the back.
