Apparently at least the second pocket edition because both maps are dated 1872 and one is colored, whereas in our Pub List No. 5903.000, a volume dated 1871, both are black and white and dated 1871. Published as an inexpensive ($1) and convenient guide to Yosemite Valley and the Big Trees. It was popular. The text and Valley map are based on "The Yosemite Book" of 1868 and the full-sized edition of "The Yosemite Guide-Book".
