Very well done map. Phillips lists a flood of maps of Boston in the mid 1870's, of which this is one of the most attractive. Folded into dark brown cloth covers 16.5x10.5 with title "Map Of Boston And Its Environs. Published By G. M. Hopkins, 32 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA." in gilt.
